YMCA Classes at Hope!
Hope is teaming with the Wolverine YMCA (in
Belmont) to offer a few classes here at Hope, open to the entire
community. This summer we're held yoga/pilates, and this fall we
are looking to add light aerobics and a cooking class.
Afternoon & evening sessions. A fall class
schedule and registration form coming soon...
Church Picnic - June 13 at Little Pine
Island Camp 12pm+
Food, games, swimming, fishing, and maybe
even a baptism in the lake...
It was great. It was fun. Moliwan was baptized!

6 coming up in the next two months (end of
May to early July). Come celebrate with us as the family grows!
Cheesecakes and God's Kitchen
These are not really connected, other than through food.
On Thur Mar 18 a group from Hope gave
their time at God's Kitchen North, serving neighbors in need who came to
the weekly free supper. Here's a few pics:

Prayer and Group Spiritual Direction -
2nd Thursdays 2pm
A monthly weekday
afternoon session with Pastor Scott that explores different styles and
methods of private prayer and helps direct participants into a deeper
spiritual life of seeing God and listening to the Holy Spirit in our
lives.

all of us to read and study the Bible - Our Book of Faith.
You'll find resources
for study and a very good one-year daily reading plan which completes

the more difficult and slower books.
